Sheraton Reston Hotel

The facilities at Sheraton Reston are excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the smart TV and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The Sheraton provided great value for money compared to the neighboring Westin hotel, which tried to charge us extra without any valid reason. The Sheraton staff understood our concerns and quoted us the exact price they charged, unlike the Westin. We appreciated their fairness and reasonable pricing. The Sheraton and Westin offer similar amenities, but the Sheraton is definitely the better choice at a more affordable price. We highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing accommodation with unbeatable setting just off many business offices and the center of Reston. The breakfast was excellent, the room was brand-new and very pretty. The bathroom was best, loved it👌

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

This hotel was fairly clean and reasonably large. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. Fabulous staff members. The property was in a secure area, close enough to restaurants, Reston and the airport. Pleasant stay in a little hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location right next to the metro. It made traveling to the activities I was there for a breeze. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they could use some updating, they had everything I needed, including two beds and basic amenities. The breakfast not included rate was a great option.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, right next to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also situated in the business area, making it a great choice for business travelers. the hotel offers a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

During our recent stay at the Sheraton, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite the property being a bit dated, the warm and friendly attitude of the employees more than made up for it. One particular instance stands out in our minds – the front desk manager, Alexis, reached out to us before our stay to inquire about any special requests. As new parents, we required a mini-fridge for storing milk, and Alexis went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. This level of attentiveness and care made us feel truly welcome. Although there may be other hotels with a more modern vibe, for the value and personalized experience, we will always choose the Sheraton. we highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at Sheraton was wonderful. My new bride and I had a fantastic time during our visit. The hotel's location was easy to find with a convenient entrance. The staff, including Sara at the front desk, were all friendly and professional. Sara provided us with a quick and efficient check-in, going above and beyond to ensure we knew about the hotel's facilities and their operating hours. We will definitely be returning to Sheraton and will happily recommend it to others.

The staff at Sheraton Reston were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast options were top-notch, with a variety of chef-inspired dishes that were delicious and well-prepared. The hotel also offered plant-based milk options, which was a thoughtful touch.

The warm cookies at check, in were a delightful surprise, and the hotel's free shuttle service was very convenient. the fitness center and pool were well, maintained and enjoyable to use.

The room size was on the small side, and the bathroom had a low ceiling and an old toilet that didn't flush properly. the hallway had a run, down appearance, and there were limited options for dining in the hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Reston that was not far from the town center. The hotel offered good value for money, with affordable prices for the room with basic amenities. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The location was convenient, especially being near Dulles Airport.

All was well during my stay; no improvements needed.
